These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of marketpilot.in and any services engaged through MarketPilot ("we", "us", "our"), a digital marketing consultancy based in India. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
MarketPilot offers digital marketing services including SEO, Google Ads management, Meta Ads management, social media and content, WhatsApp/email/CRM automation, website design, and lead management. Package pricing shown on this site reflects starting rates; final scope and pricing are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Most engagements follow four stages: an initial audit of your current channels, a strategy proposal, execution of the agreed plan, and regular reporting. Specific timelines and deliverables are agreed on a per-client basis.
Quotes provided via this website's contact form, WhatsApp, or email are estimates based on the information available at the time and are not binding until confirmed in a written agreement or invoice.
Payment terms — including invoicing schedule, accepted methods, and any advance or retainer requirements — are set out in your individual service agreement or invoice.
To deliver services effectively, we rely on clients to provide timely access to relevant accounts, assets, and information, and to give feedback within a reasonable timeframe. Delays on the client's part may affect project timelines.
Deliverables created specifically for a client (such as ad creatives, website designs, or content) become the client's property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed. Pre-existing tools, templates, or methodologies used to deliver the work remain MarketPilot's property.
Digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our direct control, including platform algorithm changes, market conditions, and competitor activity. While we apply industry best practices, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, lead, or revenue outcomes.
We treat client information, account access, and business details shared with us as confidential, and expect the same regarding any proprietary processes we share with clients.
To the extent permitted by law, MarketPilot's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may end an engagement with reasonable written notice, as specified in the individual service agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Karnataka.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of this site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
